ITS Help Desk
The Information Technology Services HelpDesk is the university community's central contact point for questions about the use of information technology. The HelpDesk will answer questions directly or facilitate a resolution if second level technology support is required. Four full-time staff members supplemented by student staff provide customer service to the faculty, staff and students of Binghamton University.
For web access to Outlook, click on E-mail (under Services) and then click on Outlook Web Access.

HelpDesk Hours
Fall & Spring Semesters: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with
extended evening hours Monday - Thursday
Summer Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Hours subject to change when classes are not in session.
