New Xerox Phaser™ 4510 printers have been added to some of the public computing areas and are available through the Pharos Uniprint® printing systems. The new printers are located in the following areas:

• Academic A G06 and G14
• Science 2 134 and 135
• Science Library Information Commons

The Xerox printers (which have true Adobe® PostScript® 3™) have replaced the the Lexmark printers (which use a PostScript emulation) in these areas. To use the new printers, you will need to select “Simplex by Xerox” or “Duplex by Xerox” from list of available printers.

Choose “Simplex by Xerox” – to print on single sided printers in:

• Academic A G06 and G14
• Science 2 134 and 135
• Science Library Information Commons

Choose “Duplex by Xerox” – to print on double sided printers in

• Academic AG06
• Science Library Information Commons

You can print on the new printers, using your personal computer, following procedures on the “Pods home page.” You may need to install a driver, which you can download from the Xerox support site.
